Information For Vendors and Exhibitors

ALL exhibitors and vendors are requested to abide by the following guidlines:

• All work exhibited must be original work created by the displaying artist without the benefit of purchased, reusable molds, kits, or commercial mass production processes.
• Reproductions of work created by the exhibitor are allowed but are not to exceed 50% of the total exhibit.
• All exhibitors must have submitted our APPLICATION (a 811 kb .pdf document). A list of festivals open to artists and crafters is on the application.
• Vehicles are not allowed on the festival greens and exhibitors must use designated parking.
• Spaces normally measure 12 feet by 12 feet.
• Neat displays are mandatory. Exhibitors shall drape tables to the ground and remove excess boxes, containers, or coolers from public sight.
• Children and pets should not be brought to the show with you.
• Exhibitors shall not pack or otherwise dismantle their displays before the festival ending time.
• Exhibitors should be prepared to protect their work from bad weather.
• State sales tax on all vendor sales is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Your South Carolina sales tax number must appear on your vendor application. Visit www.sctax.org for a sales tax number application.
• Exhibitor hours are 11AM-5PM. Festivals are "rain or shine" unless officially postponed/cancelled. In the event of a festival cancellation, your application fee may be applied to any future La Belle Amie festival vendor fee. Your vendor fee includes two (2) admission tickets to the event. Additional tickets must be purchased at the admission rate.

Food vendors must comply with the guidelines of the City of North Myrtle Beach Parks and Recreation Department and DHEC.

Registration and set-up may take place on Fridays (all day) or Saturdays from 7 AM til 10 AM.
